This solicitation has been amended to incorporate the response to questions and to extend the proposal submission date to no later than 12pm (ET) on Tuesday, 28 July 2026.  See attached Amendment 0001 document, for details.

PROPOSAL DUE DATE:  Proposals are due no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) on Tues., 28 July 2026.

Proposals shall be emailed to Ms. Nicole Wright, Contracting Officer at NWright@usagm.gov with the following in the subject line:  Response to “Combined Synopsis / Solicitation No.: 951700-26-R-0006 – USAGM Internet Circuit for 24 Ips, Kuwait Transmitting Station.”
