AMENDMENT A00001- DESCRIPTION OF AMENDMENT/MODIFICATION The purpose of this amendment is to : 1.) Extend the due date for quotes to August 7, 2026 at 8:00 AM EST. 2.) Add following FAR Clauses and Provisions are added to the solicitation:52.237-3 Continuity of Services (Jan 1991), 52.229-11 Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements—Notice and Representation (Jun 2020) 52.229-12 Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements—Notice and Representation (Feb 2021), 52.245-1 Government Property (Sep 2021).

3.) Remove FAR 52.228-3 from the solicitation. 4.) Attach the following documents to the solicitation: 1. Vendor Questions and Answers 2. Past Performance Questionnaire 3. Revised Pricing Sheet 4. Revised Section 1 - Continuation Sheet

The Offeror must sign the attached amendment A00001 and include it with the Offerors' quote submission.

Description of Services/Introduction: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and any other items and non-personal services necessary to perform Staff Transportation Services as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW). See attched RFQ # 951700-26-R-0005 for Statement of Work- specific tasks, attachments and technical exhibits, Proposal submission Instructions and Evaluation Criteria.
