This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is not a Request For Proposal, Request For Quote, or Invitation For Bid. DLA Troop Support is seeking to identify possible sources that can manufacture NSN: 9515-00-554-0933. The item description is as follows:

PLATE, METAL STEEL, ALLOY, HIGH YIELD STRENGTH UNS J42015 GRADE HY80 TYPE I QUENCHED AND TEMPERED, DESCALED OVERALL 0.500 IN THK,60 IN W,240 IN LG,2040 LB/PM (REF) ONE COAT OF PRIMER SHALL BE APPLIED IAW K.3.1.3 REQUIREMENTS OF TT-P-645 IAW BASIC DRAWING NR 53711 T9074-BD-GIB-010/0300 REVISION NR 2 DTD 12/18/2012 PART PIECE NUMBER: TY 1 GR HY80 WITH PRIMER IAW REFERENCE NON GOVT STD SAE AMS2807C REVISION NR C DTD 05/01/2024 PART PIECE NUMBER: IAW REFERENCE QAP 13873 CDRL-METALSCERT-19071 REVISION NR DTD 03/12/2019 PART PIECE NUMBER: DLA Troop Support is in the process of developing a solicitation for the referenced item. The quantity will be 63 plates.

Please Note: Only suppliers listed on the Qualified Suppliers List for Distributors (QSLD) are eligible for an award pursuant to any solicitation that may be issued. Drawings are not available at this time but will become available after a solicitation is issued. This Sources Sought Notice is issued for the purpose of market research only and the Government is in no way obligated to purchase any material as a result of this inquiry. The Government will not pay for any information submitted by respondents in response to this Sources Sought Notice.
