SPECIAL NOTICE: The Department of Homeland Security, United States Coast Guard, Operational Logistics Command (LOG-94) intends to award one (1) sole source purchase order on a basis of other than full and open competition (under FAR authority 6.302) to SBM Solar, Inc. for supplies needed for USCG PSU 311, San Pedro, CA for solar panels unique to the HDT Global BOS system used by all PSUs: 6 each SBMF-320W-M-P SBM Folding 320W Military Parallel Solar Panel 6 each SBM-STN-300S SBM Solar Panel Stand – 300 Series 6 each SBM-HCASE-300S SBM Hard Case 300 Series This sole source is pursuant to 10 U.S.C.

2304(c)(1) implemented by the FAR Subpart 6.302-1 entitled “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements”. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 221114. The PSC for this procurement is 6117. The procurement type will be a firm-fixed price.

If no responses are received within ten (10) days with sufficient information to determine that another responsible source is available, negotiations will be conducted with SBM Solar, Inc.
