Kaibab National Forest Prospectus for Campground and Related Granger-Thye

This prospectus is being issued to solicit applications for a concession campground and day use area special use permit. Permits to provide high-quality public service in the operation and maintenance of Government-owned recreation facilities located on the North Kaibab Ranger District (North Zone) and Williams Ranger District (South Zone) of the Kaibab National Forest will be issued.

The North Zone offering includes 3 sites with an average gross revenue of $155,264.45, the South Zone offering includes 4 sites with an average gross revenue of $516,695.23. At least one site visit will be scheduled and announced by March 1, 2024.
