NOTICE OF INTENT TO INCLUDE BRAND NAME SPECIFICATIONS IN A FUTURE CONTRACT FOR NICKAJACK LOCK AND CHICKAMAUGA LOCK Description(s): U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS-NASHVILLE DISTRICT'S NOTICE OF INTENT TO INCLUDE BRAND NAME SPECIFICATIONS IN A FUTURE CONTRACT FOR THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF TWO (2) CBS ARCSAFE REMOTE SWITCH OPERATORS – SOLICITATION W912P525QA011 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Nashville District will be soliciting a sole source quote for a Single Award Firm Fixed-Price supply contract for the supply and delivery of two (2) remote switch operators.

The remote switch operator and remote switching kits are used to keep personnel outside of the arc-flash hazard boundary while performing electrical tasks. For the purposes described herein, the USACE Nashville District intends to issue a sole source solicitation that will include the brand name items listed below:

All responsible sources may identify their interest and submit clearly articulated product information. Product information provided will be considered solely at the discretion of the Government. Reponses must be received by February 24, 2025 at 11:00 am, Central Time to be considered. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of your response.
