Concrete BPA Order - LaGrange and Starved Rock Lock and Dams

The US Army Corps of Engineers – Rock Island District has a requirement for the purchase, delivery and spreading of concrete in LaGrange and Starved Rock Lock and Dams in Illinois. Supply and deliver the cubic yardage of concrete to both locations utilizing the following specifications: 4,500 PSI, 1-1/2” max aggregate size, water-cement ratio of 0.45, air content to be 5 to 8 percent by volume.

Any offers received via responses to the SAM notice shall not be considered unless lower than the lowest priced offer received from the Rock Island District's Concrete and Aggregate BPA master agreement holders. The government will save the offer but not evaluate price, nor verify the offerors’ information in SAM. The specialist will email the offeror and acknowledge receipt and reiterate the terms of the declaimer explaining that their offer will not be considered for this reason.
