INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE - Planet Labs Federal Inc

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – PLANET LABS FEDERAL INC. Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: Planet Labs Federal Inc 2101 Wilson BLVD STE 1201 Arlington, Virginia 22201-3078, United States This is a new requirement for one (1) Planet Labs Education & Research Bundle subscription for the Department of Geography and Environmental Engineering at the United States Military Academy. The NAICS Code is 518210 – Computing Infrastructure Providers, Data Processing, Web Hosting, and Related Services with a size standard of $40.0 million dollars.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
