Intent To Sole Source - Portable Storage Container McGrath RentCorp

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – McGrath RentCorp Synopsis: MICC-West Point intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13-106-1(b)(1)(i), “Only one source reasonably available” based on the company being the sole provider for the services and is therefore the only source capable of satisfying the Government requirements.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with: McGrath RentCorp 5700 Las Positas RD Livermore, California 94551 This is a new requirement for 1 (one) portable storage container for the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at West Point U.S Military Academy. The NAICS Code is 332999 – All Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 employees. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to this notice are due on or before 02/26/2024 by 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) by email to Leslie Duron at leslie.a.duron.civ@army.mil.
