This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation issued in accordance with RFO Part 12 for the acquisition  of commercial products. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being  requested and no separate written solicitation will be issued.

Solicitation number FA857926Q0035 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) for the VTC Technology  Upgrade. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of  provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

Description of requirement: Room 219 in Building 229C requires a comprehensive technology upgrade of its AudioNisual (AN) and Video Teleconference (VTC) equipment. the tech upgrade will replace all  unsupported hardware with modern, vendor-supported equipment. This modernization will establish a stable, long-term Secure VTC (SVTC) solution that reliably supports both classified and unclassified meetings.
