Prescription Safety Glasses Direct Purchase Program for the U.S. Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC)

FERC intends to procure Prescription Safety Glasses Direct Purchase Program. This procurement is a new requirement. The objective of this contract is to acquire a comprehensive prescription safety glasses service with the contractor providing a direct purchase ordering system, on a schedule that meets recommendations of applicable regulations and standards. A more detailed description of requirements and period of performance dates are provided in the Price/Cost Schedule and in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

The FOB point and acceptance point for deliverables are destination to FERC employees, directly. The government provided FERC’s Prescription Safety Glasses Direct Purchase Program requirements, in the RFQ and SOW. However, if the Quoter does not believe it can achieve the requirements of the RFQ and SOW, then the Quoter may submit an appropriate solution that the Quoter believes is needed to achieve the results of the RFQ and SOW.
