Department of Energy, Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Desert Southwest (DSW) Region (RMR) issues this Request for Quote (RFQ), for Personal Grounds Materials Listed or Equal To in accordance with the attachment 1. Procurement for a specific brand name, part numbers but you may respond with equivalent description.

The or equivalent purchase description must include, in addition to the brand name, a general description of the salient physical, functional, or performance characteristics of the brand name item that an equal item must meet to be acceptable for an award. Offerors must provide specifications with an/or equivalent offer to be determined responsive. Please refer to all attachments for instructions and additional details.
