Intent to Sole Source Notice - PowerWorld

The Western Area Power Administration, Headquarters intends to acquire a Sole Source basis for Powerworld Corporation for the annual renewal of Powerworld Simulator ATC PVQV Transient Licenses. The resulting procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 13. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Responsible sources may submit a capability statement in response to this requirement, which shall be considered by the Agency.

Capability statements must be received within 5 days after date of publication of this notice and shall include documentation on ability to satisfy the Government's requirements. A determination by the Government not to compete based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
