Notice of Intent to Sole Source Monarch Laptop System, Monarch 8-Element Antenna Array, and Sceptre Pro Software

NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE This is not a request for quote. The Department of Energy Savannah River Site (DOE-SRS) intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to 3dB Labs, Inc pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements.

Items purchased will be: MONARCH laptop system (MONARCH-LT-17-PRO-ITAR-USG-X300TT-12TB) SCEPTRE Pro software (SCEPTRE-PRO-ITAR-USG) MONARCH 8-element antenna array (MONARCH-8EAA-6G-12) with coverage from 150 MHz to 6 GHz. The requested products are proprietary to 3dB Labs, Inc. The NAICS is 541519, Other Computer Related Services, with Size Standard $34,000,000. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations.

However, interested parties may identify their interests and capability statement to Derek Sampson at derek.sampson@srs.gov. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the DOE-SRS, if received within 5 business days of publication of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
