Notice of Intent to Sole Source: US Energy and Employment Report (USEER)

This is not a solicitation. This notice is to provide the Government’s intent to sole source an action for the subject requirement. DOE is proposing to extend the base period services for four (4) months and include one eight (8) month option period. a sole source contract to BWR for the aforementioned services to support DOE’s Office of Policy (OP).

The Department of Energy (DOE), located at 1000 Independence Avenue SW, Washington, DC - 20585, is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry of the Government's intent to sole- source this contract action using the statutory authority 41 USC 3304(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” The intended contractor is BW Research Partnership, Inc., located at 6120 Paseo Del Norte, Suite E2, Carlsbad CA 92011. The anticipated contract period of performance will extend the base period services for four (4) months and include one eight (8) month option period.
