(SITE VISIT) USATC-FJ Obstacle Course Maintenance, Repair, and Inspection Services

The Mission Installation Contracting Command – Fort Jackson is facilitating a site visit on Thursday, 5 December 2024 at 9:00 AM EST to perform market research and assist in determining the acquisition strategy for Obstacle Course Maintenance, Repair, and Inspection Services of the obstacle courses located at Fort Jackson, SC 29207. If solicited, this will be a non-personal services contract to provide the aforementioned services in support of the U. S. Army Training Center – Fort Jackson.

This site visit is for MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY. No solicitation document exists at this time. Issuance of this notice does not constitute any obligation on the part of the Government to procure these items or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government is under no obligation to pay for information submitted in response to this RFI, any responses to this notice cannot be accepted as offers. Any information that the vendor considers proprietary should be clearly marked as such. Responses to this site visit request should include the following submittal requirements:

1. Name of Company; Company Address; Point of Contact; CAGE Code, and Socio-Economic Size Status (Large/Small Business/HubZone/8(a)/Woman-Owned Small Business, etc.). Utilizing NAICS code 238990 – All Other Specialty Trade Contractors.

2. Questions in reference to the provided Performance Work Statement draft.

3. Requests for access to Fort Jackson, if your company is not already vetted. Responses to this site visit notification shall be submitted by Tuesday, 26 November 2024 at 3:00 PM EST to the Contract Specialist Marvin Briscoe at marvin.t.briscoe.civ@army.mil and Contracting Officer at sean.o.higgins.civ@army.mil.
