Description Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other Than Full and Open Competition. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the VA San Diego Comp and Pen that will expire on September 30 2025 and would be interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous, and that otherwise the Government intends to pursue a sole source acquisition. The cost of moving, alterations, and other factors will be considered when determining whether to relocate.

Requirements: Minimum Square Feet (ABOA) – 9,677 USF/13,065 RSF Maximum Square Feet: 13,065 RSF Adjacent parking spaces:

46 Delineated Areas: North – El Cajon Blvd. South – Friars Road East - Texas St. West – 15 Freeway. This is a full-service lease. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.
