The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of the Chief Procurement Officer (OCPO) intends to negotiate and award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) sole-source contract to Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA) for the provision of School of Mortgage Banking (SOMB) training.
