Tech Support for Standup of the VITEC EZ TV System

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-3 and FAR 6.302-1(b) (ii). The proposed source is VITEC in Atlanta, GA. The procurement is for Tech support and training in the stand-up of VITEC EZ TV Digital Signage and Streaming Media System procured in FY23. The current streaming media system has reached it's End of Life and will longer be supported by IT systems. The requirement will include:

Two (2) VITEC site visits to address the intricate IA & System Admin issues and to train ONI authorized content creators on the new media system. VITEC has provided initial onsite support for this product as part of the purchase agreement. This additional (2) part installing and training is required to shore up the interfacing of this new streaming system and to address issues that Department cannot address due to this being a new system and will require (2) separate on-site tech support visits.
