USAID cordially invites interested organizations to attend the Pre-Bidders Conference which will provide information on: USAID’s Energy IDIQ III procurement; how USAID is increasing opportunities for a diverse set of partners; and responses to questions posed by the industry to the RFI. USAID encourages organizations interested in priming and sub-contracting to attend the Pre-Bidders Conference.
