NCTS Naples Telephone Switch Operations & Maintenance

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE to determine the availability and technical capability of small businesses (including the following subsets: Small Disadvantaged Businesses, Certified 8(a), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses, HUBZone Small Businesses and Woman-Owned Small Businesses) to provide the required products and/or services.

The Naval Computer and Telecommunication Station requires support for the operation and maintenance of one NORTEL SL-100 MFS, one NORTEL SL-100 End Office Switch (EOS), one NORTEL Meridian CS-1000 Private Branch Exchange (PBX), two AVAYA CM G450 PBX, four Nortel Option 11C PBX, three Nortel Option 11C Mini PBX with all related peripherals, analog, digital, and IP trunks and circuits, internal network, UPS, and all interface equipment and associated peripheral equipment.

Required service shall be available 99.99 % of the time. The contractor shall provide onsite technicians who are certified, trained and qualified to operate and provide complete maintenance of the following:

Two Nortel SL-100 EO switches One Nortel CS-1000 PBX Four Nortel Option 11C PBXs Two Avaya CM G450 PBXs One Avaya Aura ACD PBX One Avaya G-3 Definity PBX One CAIRS.net system and AOR peripheral equipment One TUMS voicemail system Technicians shall possess a Secret clearance.
