Renovation of historic structures in the San Juan National Forest

The San Juan National Forest may issue Solicitation No.

for renovation of historic structures including Benchmark Fire Lookout Tower, Jersey Jim Lookout, Aspen Guard Station, and Glade Guard Station on the Dolores Ranger District of the San Juan National Forest this spring. This is not a solicitation and in no way commits the Government to award a contract. The Government does not intend to award a contract(s) based solely on this site visit nor does it intend to pay for any costs incurred in response to this announcement. The intent of this notice is to ensure that prospective vendors may see the areas prior to heavy snowfall and issuing the solicitation. This solicitation should be issued in February or March of 2025. See Attachment
