By Light Professional IT Services LLC is the current contractor, and award, via Other Than Full and Open Competition, Sole Source, in accordance with FAR 6.103-1, Only One Responsible Source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, is intended to be made to By Light by November 30, 2026, in order to prevent a lapse in service, and unacceptable delays in fulfilling the agency's requirements while transition to the follow-on contract, which was competitively awarded, is completed.
