Agency-Wide Hexagon MSC Software Renewal

NASA Headquarters has a requirement for the agency-wide Hexagon MSC software renewal. NASA Information Procurement Technology Office intends to issue a sole source contract to ImmixTechnology, Inc. 8444 Westpark DR STE 200 McLean VA 22102-5112 under the authority of FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B). It has been determined that ImmixTechnology, Inc. is the sole provider of this requirement.

The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to caitlin.m.poulton@nasa.gov not later than 4:00 PM ET on March 21, 2025. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis.

A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. NASA Clause 1852.215-84, Ombudsman, is applicable.
