Multi-Center Administrative Support Services (MCASS)

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. NO PROPOSALS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED IN RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. This notice is issued by the NASA/Stennis Space Center (SSC) to post a draft RFP to solicit responses from interested parties. This document is for information and planning purposes and to allow industry the opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement, as well as promote competition.

The work to be performed under the MCASS is full-time, part-time, and temporary administrative support to various organizations across NASA’s Space Flight Region (SFR) which includes SSC, Johnson Space Center (JSC), White Sands Test Facility (WSTF), Kennedy Space Center (KSC), Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC) and the Michoud Assembly Facility (MAF) in fulfilling their mission and objectives.

Major support areas of the contract include branches/offices, divisions, flight crews (launch and landing activity support), special teams and short-term projects. The effort will include general office services, data management, time and labor collection, coordination of property, office moves/relocation, training, information services, special events and other miscellaneous activities.

This presolicitation synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. The Government may not respond to questions/concerns submitted. The Government will use the information to finalize the RFP as necessary.
