This acquisition will be conducted under the GSA Areawide Public Utility Contract Program (40 U.S.C. 501). This action is for the award of a firm fixed price Task Order to complete the construction phase of the Utility Energy Service Contract (UESC) for the Building 1111 Energy Improvement Project. This is a follow on action as Phase III in a three phase process:
Phase I: Preliminary Feasability Audit (PFA) was completed by Mississippi Power on 9/15/2023.
Phase II: Investmenet Grade Audit (IGA) was completed by Mississsippi Power on 11/17/2023.
Phase III: Implementation/ Construction – design/build is the final phase. The implementation of this project will allow the United States Government to effectively improve the aforementioned facilities and reduce its electricity demand.
