REPOSTING TO PROVIDE CLARITY IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK FOR THE CUSTOMER IS REQUESTING THE requirement of these cryopanels is a consistent supply of liquid nitrogen (LN2) and refrigerated helium gas (GHe). See attachments for complete detials for the RFQ, Revised Statement of Work, Compliance Matrix, and Photos. The contractor shall complete the attached Compliance Matrix, affirming each requirement by marking with an “X” in the “Affirmation column”.

Any exception must be noted and justified in the “Exception/Justification” column. Failure to provide a completed Compliance Matrix shall disqualify the contractor’s bid.
