This procurement is set aside for small business.

ENTER SOW/BID SCHEDULE:

Statement of Work Objective: Acquiring cameras to monitor powered rotor testing at the Rotor Test Cell located at the 14x22 ft wind tunnel. These cameras need to be controllable from the Rotor Test Cell control room such that they can pan, tilt and zoom. These cameras are used to ensure safe testing. The camera data needs to be streamed to storage continuously during testing so any incidents have video footage.

Characteristics, Scope and Specs: Two Bolin Technology EXU420N 4K60 Outdoor NDI 6 Ready PTZ Cameras along with their associated wall mount brackets and a single Remote Controller are needed. A single AJA Pak 2TB SSD Module (exFAT) is also needed to stream the video cameras to. The cameras and storage do not need to be Bolin or AJA. The memory does need to be at least 2TB SSD. The cameras need to be UHD 4K60 with Pan/Tilt/Zoom control with resolution of at least 8.29 Megapixel. The camera should be able to be integrated into an NDI network. The mounts and controller need to be compatible with whatever cameras are chosen.

Place of Performance: 14x22 ft wind tunnel at Langley Research Center in Hampton, VA Period of Performance: Installation of the cameras will be as soon as they are in hand and the present tunnel test is complete in mid-July 2024. Net 30 FOB Destination Deliver to:
