Request For Proposal (RFP) NASA Agency-wide Acquisition of Nitrogen and Oxygen 4 (NANO 4)

Update - 4/22/20024 This update is to post amendment 7 to the RFP.

Amendment 7, reopens the RFP and notifies offerors that the Government’s requirements for CLIN 24 and subCLIN 26.24 for Stennis Space Center, have changed. This amendment updates the RFP and resolicits with the updated requirements for CLIN 24 and subCLIN 26.24 only. Offerors are invited to propose on CLIN 24 for Stennis Space Center (SSC) liquid oxygen support.

When submitting your proposal use the revised Attachment 6 Price Proposal Template Amendment 7 and follow the solicitation provision 6.3(b) Submission of offers. Offerors are also invited to submit Attachment 2.1 Capability Form-IDIQ subCLINs for subCLIN 26.24 SSC liquid oxygen support. Proposals submitted prior for CLIN 24 and subCLIN 26.24 are no longer valid and new proposals must be submitted.

All offerors interested in this CLIN and/or subCLIN should submit a proposal by Thursday April 25, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. No other proposal revisions will be accepted.
