Notice of Award and Sole Source Justification for Space Environment Rapid Prototyping Services (SERPS)

This notice serves as the synopsis of the Contract award for Space Environment Rapid Prototyping Services (SERPS) Rapid Prototyping Laboratory, 80JSC024DA029, in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.301, Synopses of Contract Awards, paragraph (a). This award is associated with this pre-solicitation synopsis and sole-source solicitation number 80JSC024R0002.

The Government has awarded a Contract for the Rapid Prototyping Laboratory requirement to Aerospace Applications North America, Inc. This award is for the procurement of spacecraft cockpit interface services for cockpit layout, display design and verification preparation, and integration for current and future space environment display concepts. The contract total potential value is $9,000,000.00. The services to be performed under this contract will be performed on-site at facilities specified in the contract.

This contract was awarded on a sole-source basis and was awarded as a small business set-aside. This notice is being posted as required by FAR 5.301, Synopsis of Contract Awards, paragraph (d)(1), and FAR 6.305, Availability of the Justification. A copy of the Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC) is attached to this notice.
