Test Facility Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering III (TFOME III) - Presolicitation Meetings

Invitation for Presolicitation Meetings for the Test Facility Operations, Maintenance and Engineering III (TFOME III) Acquisition 80GRC024R0001 Industry and any other organizations interested in the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Glenn Research Center (GRC) TFOME III acquisition are invited to schedule a presolicitation meeting with the Contracting Officer and Technical Chair leading the acquisition.

These meetings are intended to involve potential Offerors early in the acquisition process and are entirely optional. Scheduling or attending a meeting will have no effect on participating in the anticipated TFOME III acquisition in any way. Presolicitation meetings will be held February 19, 2024, through March 19, 2024. Meetings must be requested via email no later than 5:00pm Eastern Time (ET) on March 14, 2024. All meetings will be scheduled for one hour and held virtually via Microsoft Teams.

Any questions asked during the presolicitation meetings are subject to being posted in a follow-up attachment to this special notice for all interested parties to access. However, the name of the organization which asked the question will not be posted on sam.gov with the question/answer. It is noted that the Contracting Officer and Technical Chair will not answer questions that may be considered to include source selection sensitive information.

A list of the organizations requesting a presolicitation meeting will not be posted on sam.gov.

Dickens, at rita.k.dickens@nasa.gov, and include the following information: The name of your organization The list of attendees and their titles Any questions your organization may already have for the TFOME III Contracting Officer and Technical Chair The Contracting Officer will work with your organization to find a day and time that fits both parties’ schedules.
