Notice to bidders that provided technical proposals for step 1 of this 2-step sealed bid. Only bidders that provided a technical proposal and have been determined technically acceptable in step 1 are eligible to provide a price bid for step 2. This is not a request for price bids at this time. The government is currently completing reviews of the technical proposals and completing the necessary clearances to issue the request for price bids.

The government anticipates announcing the request for price bids on or about the afternoon of 25 April 2025 with price bids due by 4PM Central on 5 May 2025. The government will issue notice on SAM.gov with regards to those bidders determined technically acceptable. Price bids shall be in accordance with the Request for Proposal inclusive of all amendments and attachments. Bidders shall provide evidence of an adequate accounting system as reviewed by the DCAA or DCMA with its price bid.
