GEOINT Symposium 2024

The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) intends to issue a sole source award to United States Geospatial Intelligence Foundation (USGIF) under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) for the 2024 GEOINT Symposium booth rental and registrations. USGIF is the organizer and sole vendor in the particpation of the GEOINT Symposium event.

USGIF holds the sole contract with Gaylord Palms Resort and Conference Center in Kissimee, FL, with exclusive use and access to the facility for the duration of the symposium, May 5-8, 2024. No other organziation or commerical entity has the ability to legallly provide admittance, access, or use of the facility during the event that USGIF hosts.

No other sources were solicited due to exclusive contracts held by USGIF that prevent any other source from legally offering the required products and services during the symposium. However, any vendor that believes they can meet this requirement may give written notification to the Contracting Officer, Erika S. Hessler at Erika.S.Hessler@nga.mil
