The Navajo Area Indian Health Services, Gallup Service Unit – Tohatchi Health Center, New Mexico, USA, is requesting for offerors to provide ceiling tiles. This procurment is conducted under RFO Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Where as the Government reserves the right to issue a firm-fixed price single award from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.

CONTENT OF PROPOSAL SUBMISSION: All offerors will submit the following documents to considered for award on or by the proposal submission deadline:

1. Technical Capability. The offeror must demonstrate that the product offered complies with the mandatory technical requirements described in Attachment A – Specifications.

2. Experience Similar projects 3. Delivery 4. Price 5. A signed SF1449 **Reference Solicitation No. 75H71026Q00011 when requesting information regarding this solicitation. All questions will be answered collectively in a single response. Dead line for questions is Decemeber 8, 2025, 10:00 am (MS).
