Subject: Moody’s Analytic Stress Testing Model DFC requires a subscription to a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) information system providing a stress testing model and macroeconomic forecast database. DFC is not soliciting for a software development effort and will not be providing the data for this model nor database. DFC anticipates using the searching, filtering, and calculating tools within an existing commercial database and stress testing model and does not require that a separate instance of the application be set up for agency use.
