B737-8MAX Differences Training

Headquarters Air Mobility Command (HQ AMC) Directorate of Air, Space, and Information Operations (A3) Aircrew Training Division (T) requires immediate, specialized flight training services to support the rapid fielding and safe operation of a Boeing 737-8 MAX (B737-8 MAX) aircraft. The contractor shall provide comprehensive "differences training" to qualify existing, experienced Air Force 737 pilots on the new B737-8 MAX airframe.

This commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) training must be conducted at a Title 14 CFR Part 142 approved training center and includes a combination of academic classroom instruction and hands-on practice utilizing a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-certified high-fidelity Full Flight Simulator. The contractor will provide all necessary facilities, simulator time, and certified instructors to rapidly qualify the aircrews.

Place of Performance: B737 training shall be conducted at the contractor’s facility.
