An autoclave is an essential, reliable, and cost-effective scientific instrument that uses high-pressure steam to sterilize equipment, media, and biohazardous waste. It ensures the elimination of microorganisms, prevents contamination of microbiological cultures and laboratory tools, and safely sterilizes infectious waste prior to disposal. The following product features/characteristics?are?required?for this requirement.
Equipment Specifications: · Dual chamber tower sterilizer with approximate chamber dimensions of 20" × 20" × 38" · 316L stainless steel chamber with carbon steel jacket and passivated finish · Double chamber configuration with stainless steel recessed panels and cabinet-mounted design · Hinged, fully opening manual door with right-side hinge · Chamber configuration includes:
- Top chamber with two (2) standard shelves - Bottom chamber with two (2) extendable shelves · Integrated control system with: - 7-inch color touchscreen interface - Minimum of 50 programmable sterilization cycles - Password protection supporting multiple users - Lockable cycle parameters · Data and monitoring capabilities including: - Thermal printer for cycle documentation - USB dataport for data export · High-performance sterilization system including: - High-vacuum system with water ejector (minimum 45 psi required) - Automatic jacket blowdown for liquid cycles - Compatibility with house steam supply · Water and energy efficiency features including: - Water conservation and monitoring system - Automatic idle shut-off and energy management functionality · Safety and compliance features including: - Emergency stop button - ASME U-1 code stamped pressure vessel - UL and cUL certification - Thermocouple port for validation · Constructed with brass, bronze, and copper piping · Includes starter kit with cleaning supplies, autoclave gloves, printer supplies, and manuals.
