Telemessage Enterprise Licenses and Support

It is the Intent of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine (NLM) on behalf of the Center for Information Technology (CIT) to procure Telemessage Enterprise Licenses and Support services as an automated solution for the archival storage of SMS and MMS message transmissions made on Government Furnished mobile devices, as required by NARA regulations (General Records Schedule 6.1Email and other Electronic Messages), concerning the management and retention of Government records.

In accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), this notice of intent is to award on a sole source basis to Smarsh Inc. via authorized resellers., via SAM.gov, Request for Quotation (RFQ) under 75N97024Q00074 are due by August 8,2024 at 12pm. Smarsh Inc. is the identified sole source provider via authorized resellers, as the developer of the Telemessage Enterprise Licenses and Support and the owner of the intellectual property of the software.

The total estimated value of the contract is not provided, but it includes 1-year Base Period from August 9, 2024 to August 8, 2025 with four 1-year Option Periods. The place of performance is Bethesda, Maryland.
