7A21 IT and Telecom NAICS Code: 541519 Other Computer Related Services It is the Intent of the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Library of Medicine (NLM) on behalf of the Center for Information Technology (CIT) to procure Sudaan Software Licenses using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation number for this requirement is 75N97024Q00028. The attached statement of need includes a listing of the licenses to be procured. This is not a notice of a competitive solicitation.
