Software Renewal for Proscia’s Concentriq Imaging Management System (IMS). One-year term license (annual subscription) to the Concentriq for Research digital pathology platform. Implementation for a single campus, facility, or site. Includes one scanner integration and is applicable for unlimited users. Includes basic compliance module. Includes maintenance, updates, and support in line with Proscia SLA or any other mutually signed agreement between Proscia and Company. Software deployed on the Company provisioned infrastructure (on-premises or Company-provisioned cloud) including servers and storage as applicable and as provided by the Company.
