Amendment 2: The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date to 4:00 PM Eastern Time, Tuesday, August 27, 2024. All responses must be received by Tuesday August 27, 2024, 4:00 PM Eastern Time and reference number 75N95024R00115. Responses may be submitted electronically to Sneha Singh at sneha.singh@nih.gov.

Amendment 1: The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to submitted questions and replace Attachment 1 – Statement of Work. Attachment 1 - SOW, is revised as follows:

Scope of Work, General Requirements, Base, the following language is added to specify the rodent PK studies “2 mice and 2 rats.” Also, Scope of Work, Specific Requirements, 1B, 5th bullet states “and 5ng/mL for brain.” is deleted from the SOW. Please see Attachments below.
