THIS IS A NON-COMPETITIVE (NOTICE OF INTENT) COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION TO AWARD A CONTRACT OR PURCHASE ORDER WITHOUT PROVIDING FOR FULL OR OPEN COMPETITION (INCLUDING BRAND-NAME).

The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA), Office of Acquisition (OA), on behalf of the National Center for Advancing Translational Sciences (NCATS), intends to negotiate and award a purchase order without providing for full and open competition (including brand-name) to Gilson Inc., 3000 Parmenter Street, Middleton, WI 53562 for a service and preventive maintenance agreement for Gilson systems used by NCATS.

This requirement is for the following services: an annual Service and Preventive Maintenance agreement that covers all service repairs, software upgrades, and one Preventative Maintenance (PM) visit for all Gilson systems used by the Analytical Chemistry Core (ACC) group. See attached Statement of Work.
