The objectives are to 1) Coordinate and monitor data collected by individual hospital centers where pediatric cancer patients have been treated with protons or photons in order to form a cohort of patient data that will be used to evaluate the risks and benefits associated with proton versus photon therapy for children; 2) Maintain and provide participating centers with access to online data platforms (REDCAP and MIMS, or similar) used by the US Pediatric Proton Consortium Registry (PPCR) to maintain data collected on proton patients; and 3) Provide guidance and technical assistance to individual centers to facilitate collection of required radiotherapy and imaging data.
