IEE/ISBEE - Wired Telecommunication Coverage: Phone/Fax/Voicemail Communication service for the Colville Service Units (CSU)

The Indian Health Service (IHS), Portland Area intends to extend the period of performance of Purchase Order No. 75H71322P00078 for the Colville Service Unit telephone services until 06/30/2025. IHS entered to an agreement with the Colville Tribe Confederated Information Technology for telephone services as a single source to Colville Confederated Tribes, 21 Colville St., Nespelem, WA 99155 as the only reasonable source available pursuant to FAR subpart 13-106(b).

The procedures in FAR subpart 13.5 will be used in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901. The Colville Service Unit buildings is a tribal built facility that is leased to the Indian Health Service, therefore when constructed, the telephone services were connected to the tribal phone systems. This modification includes telephone services from 01/01/2019 to 06/30/2022 to reimbursed the tribe. The NAICS code is 921190 and the small business size standard “Not Applicable”.
