This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a contractor to provide a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to purchase Quality Control Materials for Chemistry testing supplies. Supplies will be purchased on as needed basis to the Laboratory Department at Chinle Comprehensive Health Care Facility, Navajo Area Indian Health Service (IHS).
