Dzilth-Na-O-Dith-Hle Health Center (DZHC) must upgrade the electrical infrastructure for the Radiology department to support a new X-ray machine. The requirement is to provide and install a power conditioning system, removal of existing equipment, and verifying operation of the new power conditioner system. The period of performance is six (6) months from date of award. Please find attached Solicitation No. 75H71025Q00074 and Statement of Work. **NOTICE** For quote submission instructions please refer to 52.212-1. Failure to provide requested information may render your quote unacceptable. For evaluation factors information please refer to 52.212-2.
