Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award 75H709-FB25Q-008 The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to STERICYCLE INC, 2355 WAUKEGAN ROAD, BANNOCKBURN, IL 60015-5501. The company shall Pick up and dispose of biomedical waste monthly at Fort Belknap Health center, Harlem, MT and Hays Clinic, Hays, MT. Stericycle is the only source of the services in the area.

This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the software are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 5 days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.
