Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award 75H709-FB25Q-007 The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Ezzies Wholesale Inc. The company shall provide and deliver bulk propane and a liquid propane storage tank to the Eagle Child Health Center located in Hays, MT. Ezzies Wholesale Inc is the only source of the services in the area. This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available.

Firms that believe they can provide the software are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 5 days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.
