Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award 75H70926BAO-048 The Billings Area Indian Health Service intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.103-1 to STERICYCLE INC, 2355 WAUKEGAN ROAD, BANNOCKBURN, IL 60015-5501. The company shall pick up and dispose of biomedical waste twice per month at Crow/Northern Cheyenne Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana. Stericycle is the only source of services in the area. This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available.
Firms that believe they can provide the services are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 7 days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.
