Amendment 0001 is hereby issued to provide Q & A and to extend the due date to Wednesday, August 26, 2026 by 12:30 pm MDT.

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation, Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00077, for commercial dental operatory equipment prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12 and FAR 12.603. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested in response to this notice, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

This solicitation is being conducted pursuant to the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C § 47, and is set aside for Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEEs) in accordance with HHSAR Subpart 326.6.

Content of Quotation Submission: To be considered for award, quoters shall submit the following by the quotation due date and time specified in this solicitation: • Volume I – Technical Capability • Volume II – Past Performance (Attachment 1 – Past Performance Survey) • Volume III – Price (Attachment 2 – Pricing Schedule) • Completed Indian Economic Enterprise Representation, if applicable • Signed Standard Form (SF) 1449, Request for Quotations, Signed amendments (if applicable).

Question Submission: Questions regarding this solicitation shall reference Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00077 and be submitted no later than August 18, 2026, at 04:30 p.m. Mountain Daylight Time (MDT).
